Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, we offer a 14-day return window for regular-priced items ordered online (excluding sale or discounted items).

All eligible returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months. Kindly note that we do not offer cash refunds.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in brand-new, unwashed, unworn, and unscented condition, with tags and hygiene seals intact. The original packaging must also be in resalable condition.
  • Returns with noticeable stains, wear, or other damage will be rejected.
  • For hygiene purposes, please wear undergarments while trying on items.
  • Items purchased with discount codes (excluding first-time welcome codes) or store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All forms of Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All Made-To-Order series, Bespoke Threads (Embroidered) items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Each order is limited to one return or exchange request per item.
  • Any Gift-With-Purchase will have to be return with the original order.

How to Submit a Return/Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange, you may choose to

1) Email us at returns@alignswim.com with the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Item(s) to Return
  3. Preference: Store Credits or Exchange

2) Login to your account, find your order and click on the Request Return button. 

Additional Information

  • Returns will be issued as store credits, equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Cash refunds are not available. For store credit refunds, a $4 courier fee will be deducted for subsequent shipping.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months and is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
  • Your return request will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your package.
  • If returning via mail, all shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Align Swim is not liable for lost packages and cannot process returns that do not reach us.
  • You are welcome to come down to our Showroom to drop off your return or do an exchange.

Showroom Purchases

  • All purchases from our Showroom are final sale.
  • No exchanges or returns are allowed. 
  • All promotional codes for online are strictly exclusive for online purchases only, unless otherwise stated.
  • Similarly, all promotional campaigns going on in our showroom are exclusive for offline purchases, unless otherwise stated.

Defective/Incorrect Item

We sincerely apologise if you’ve received a defective or incorrect item.

  • If this occurs, please email us at returns@alignswim.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
  • Items must still be in their original brand-new, unwashed, unworn, and unscented condition, with tags and hygiene seals intact, and returned in their original packaging.
  • If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of S$5 (based on our standard courier rate).
  • A valid receipt or proof of payment must be provided for shipping reimbursement to be processed.
  • Should you choose to use an express or premium courier service, any additional charges above the standard courier rate will not be covered unless arranged with us beforehand.
  • If the item is available, a one-on-one exchange will be arranged for orders within Singapore. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method at the amount paid for the item. 
  • Please note that minor loose threads, slight colour variations due to screen settings, minor fabric or print variations, and other cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality, fit, or wearability of the garment are not considered defects. Such cases will not be eligible for exchanges, refunds, or shipping reimbursement under our defective item policy.
