We're Hiring:

1. E-commerce & Operations Executive (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Responsibilities

– Pick, pack, and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
– Manage and track inventory across warehouse, showroom, and online store
– Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
– Update and manage website backend (Shopify) including product listings, stock levels, and promotions
– Handle POS system and assist customers at the showroom
– Support operational logistics for events, launches, and collaborations

Requirements

– Prior experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics preferred
– Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
– Good with e-commerce relevant skills (Shopify/other e-commerce platforms, POS systems, basic Excel/Google Sheets)
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal
– Reliable, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Marketing & Social Media Intern (3-6 Months)

Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing brand campaigns and launches
- Ideate and create engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok)
- Support in photoshoot planning, coordination, and content creation
- Help with influencer/PR outreach and collaborations
- Update marketing assets and assist with email/newsletter content
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and social ideas to support creative direction

Requirements

- Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and social media
- A good eye for design, storytelling, and current trends
- Basic knowledge of Capcut, Canva
- Able to commit 3-6 months
- Strong sense of initiative and eagerness to learn in a small, dynamic team
- Able to work independently
